Tool bar- The bar is row of boxes often at the application windows which control various programs in software. Scroll bar- a bar that appears on the side of window to control which part of list or documents is currently in windows frame.

Toolbar :-

The toolbar, also called bar or standard toolbar, is a row of boxes, often at the top of an application window, that controls software functions. The boxes often contain images that correspond with the function they control, as demonstrated in the image below.

Statusbar :-

A status bar is located at the bottom of Internet browser windows and many application windows and displays the current state of the web page or application being displayed. For example, in early versions of Internet Explorer, it showed whether the page was secure, its certificate, what was currently loaded on the page, and the web address.
