Molarity :- Number of Moles of solute dissolved per liter of solution is known as molarity .

  e.g. M = n/v

 Unit :- mol / lit.

Molality :- Number of moles of solute dissolved per Kg of Solvent is known as molality .

e.g. m = n/weight of solvent in Kg

 Unit :- mol/Kg

Mole Fraction :-   The number of moles of a component divided by the total number of moles of a solution gives the Mole fraction .

  Unit :- This is unitless
