• It allows us to speedily apply a preset formatting on a data set that has one header row and one header column.  

Auto sum feature of spreadsheet:

• It adds together a range of cells and displays the total in the cell below the selected range.  

• For example, if we want to add the values of cells between A1 and A5, highlight cells A1 through A5 then we have to click the AutoSum button.
