Answer:

(a) A constitutional amendment is a modification of the constitution of a polity, organization or other type of entity. ... Conversely, they can be appended to the constitution as supplemental additions (codicils), thus changing the frame of government without altering the existing text of the document.

(b) One of the major functions of the judiciary is to interpret and apply laws to specific cases. In the course of deciding the disputes that come before it, the judges interpret and apply laws. Every law needs a proper interpretation for getting applied to every specific case. This function is performed by the judges.

The role of the judiciary is to adjudicate disputes according to law. Adjudication involves three functions: fact determination (done mostly by the trial court), law application and law determination.

(c) There are two main purposes of the finance function: to provide the financial information that other business functions require to operate effectively and efficiently. to support business planning and decision-making.
