1. Because of carbon dioxide trapped into it under high pressure using Henry's law. CO2 is slightly soluble in water. When the cap is opened the gas comes out with a fizz. It is a gas in liquid solution.
2. Many things can be dissolved in water, including air. When the water is boiled, the dissolved air leaves the water and the result is a flat taste.
3. Table salt is sodium chloride and some minute quantities of magnesium chloride. These salts are hygroscopic in nature resulting in absorbing moisture from the surroundings so it becomes sticky during rainy season.
