(1) in case of soda water the carbon dioxide is dissolved in the water under pressure and when the bottle is opened the pressure is released so the soda water f i z z e s out of the bottle by opening the seal
2. water has it taste due to the dissolved minerals in it and when the water is boiled gases evaporate out the gas and leaves the water tasteless or giving it a flat taste
3. table salt become moist and during the rainy season because salt consists of sodium chloride. sodium rice to attract or absorb excess moisture from the surrounding and hence it becomes moist
this can be prevented by putting some RAW rice such that it absorbs all the moisture
