CH3COOH is a weak acid, because it does not completely ionises in water.and the gas stove has inlets for air because it helps in burning.

i) CH3COOH is a weak acid because when we add it into water it will replace very less amount of hydrogen ions so we can say that it is less reactive.
ii)C3H6+H2=C3H8 this is an additon reaction which is also called hydoginisation.
iii) gas stove has small air so that gas present in cylinder could completely burn and do not produce pollution or produce unwanted particals. if these holes are stopeed then gas is not completely burn due to which our utensils turn black.
iv) unsaturated hydrocarbons contain high amount of carbon due to which it not completely oxidised when burnt in air and it produces yellow sooty flame. if we provide it excess oxygen then it also produce blue flame.
