Answer:

1. all acids contain hydrogen but all hydrogen containing compounds are not acids because acids are those things which have higher hydrogen ion concentration than any other element in the compound . not containing hydrogen compound is an acid. ex. water is H20 it also contains hydrogen but it is not a acid.

2 all alkalis are bases but all bases are not alkalis because alkalis are the soluble bases and there various bases which are insoluble in nature . example . calcium hydroxide etc.
