so, what actually table meant is that from sugar and beet we get l-glutamic acid (it's amino acid,, they are derivatives of alpha carbon chain having carboxyl grp, and nitrogen attached.)
both the microbes brevibacterium and cronybacterium are gram negative bacteria and are used for making ajinomoto (which is used in cooking items like burger, pizza but is harmful for health.
sugar molasses has citric acid and asperigillus niger(it causes diseases in lungs and ear) but used in tea and coffee etc beverage.
glucose yet have gluconic acid. and hence is supplement for minerals...
