Explain the following terms :-
(a) Ground State= The lowest energy state of an atom or other particle.
(b) Exited State= In quantum mechanics, an excited state of a system is any quantum state of the system that has a higher energy than the ground state. Excitation is an elevation in energy level above an arbitrary baseline energy state.

Explaination of Ground state:-
● Ground State = The ground state of a quantum-mechanical system is its lowest energy state; the energy of ground state also known as zero-point energy of the system.
Explaination of Exited state:-
● Exited state = An excited-state atom is an atom in which the total energy of the electrons can be lowered by transferring one or more electrons to different orbitals.
