SCATTERING:Light of certain frequency falls on a molecule or atom. This atom or molecule responds to the light whenever the size of the atom or molecule is comparable to the wave length of light. If this condition is satisfied, theatom absorbs light and vibrates. The re-emission of this light by the atom in all directions with different intensities is called SCATTERING OF LIGHT.
SCATTERING ANGLE:The angle `theta`between the incident light and the direction in which the intensity of scattered light is observed is called angle of scattering or scattering angle.
SCATTERING CENTRE:Light of certain frequency falls on a molecule or atom. This atom or molecule or atom responds to light whenever the size of atom or molecule is comparable to the wavelength of light .If this condition is satisfied the atom absorbs light and vibrates. This process is called scattering of light and the atoms or molecules are called SCATTERING CENTRE.
FACTORS INFLUENCING SCATTTERING:Scattering of light depends upon the wavelength of light, refractive index, humidity in the atmosphere.

A]scaterring:- atoms and molecules whichare exposed to light absorb light energy and emit some part of the light energy in different directions this is called scattering of light
B]scaterring angle;- The angle between the incident light and a direction in which the intensity of scaterred light is observed the angle is called as angle of scattering.
