Phylloclade - the term relates to botany , a flattened branch or stem that resembling and functioning as a leave .


Stipules - The leaf is attached to the stem by the leaf base and bears two lateral small leaf like structure , these structures are called stipules.

Compound leaf - When the incision of the lamina reach up to the midrib breaking it into a number of leaflets , the leaf is called compound leaf .
