Explanation:

Speed is the velocity in any direction

It is a scalar quantity

Velocity refers to the distance travelled in unit time in a definite direction

It is a vector quantity

Acceleration in the change in speed per unit time. In uniform speed acceleration is 0 . However it is difficult to get uniform speed (due to opposing forces of friction).
