Transportation is the life process of carrying absorbed or made SUSBSTANCE from one part of the body to another.

Human circulatory system consists of blood heart and blood vessels.

Blood is a specialised Connective tissue consisting plasma and formed elements .It helps in transport of nutrients ,gases ,waste products .

Heart is present between the lungs in thoraic cavity slightly tilted to left .Human heart is four chambered .

Blood vessels associated with circulatory system are the artries veins and capillaries.

I think u mean *TRANSPIRATION* - The process of evaporation of water from plants is termed as transpiration. It  help to maintain temperature in plants, stomata is responsible for this process. In desertic plants to reduce the rate to transpiration a thick layer of 'cutin' is present. 

Transportation - It is the process of shifting substances from one part to another.

HUMAN CIRCULATORY SYSTEM -  It is associated with the transportation of blood all over the body it comprises of heart, blood, and blood vessels. The flow of blood is important for the nourishment of cells. 

BLOOD - It is a type of connective tissue because it connects all parts of our body. It comprises of RBC (Red Blood Cells) WBC (White Blood Cells) and platelets, they all float in a liquid plasma. 

HEART - It is an organ which is a part of our 
HUMAN CIRCULATORY SYSTEM its main function is to pump blood. Our human heart has 4 chambers i.e 2 artiums and 2 ventricles.

BLOOD VESSELS - These are vessels from which the blood flows. These are of 3 types Veins (carry impure blood) Artries (carry pure blood) and capillaries (helps in transportation).
