FORMATION OF CURD:

  • Lactobacillius Bacteria in milk that change into curdcurd. when milk is heated to a temperature of 30°-40° centigrade it and a small amount of old curd added to it. The Lactobacillius in that curd samples get activated and multiply and convert lactose into lactic acid.
  • Bacteria plays a major role in the formation of curd. lactobacillus is the bacteria that helps in the formation of curd. It coverts the milk into curd when a bit of the previous day's curd is added to it.

WHEN CURD IS ADDED TO MILK, THESE BACTERIA MULTIPLY AND THE MILK GETS CONVERTED O CURD.

in this way bacteria plays an important role in formation of curd.
