Here is your answer mate !!

Liquified Petroleum Gas is petroleum gas in liquid state.

Petroleum gas is brought into liquid state by applying pressure over it.

It is a mixture of ethane, propane and butane. But the major component is butane.

The gas cylinders used for cooking purpose contains LPG. when the valve of the cylinder is opened, the petroleum gas comes out in vapour form because the surroundings are at low pressure.

The vapours are guided through a rubber tubing to the gas stove. The petroleum gas burns with a blue flame.
