1. Transaction Processing System (TPS): TPS are the information system that process data resulting from the occurrence of business transaction. A transaction processing system provides a way to collect, process store, display modify or cancel simultaneous.

Example: payroll system

2. Management Information System(INS): Management information system is uses to collected data by the transaction processing system and use this data to create reports in a way that the manager can use it to make routine and decision making of a company.

Example: Sales management system.
