Four types of loyalty status are further explained below :
Hard Core Loyal Status
- Such customers buy all their relevant product from a specific brand everytime based on their budget expenditure and are loyal to this brand.
Split Loyal Status
- Such customers have two or more brand preferences in terms of buying the product but are loyal with the respective brands.
Shifting Loyal Status
- Such customers change their loyalty preferences according to their choice of buying the product.
Switchers Status
- Such customers are not loyal with any brand and shop according to their own preference.
- The main characteristics of services are ownership issues , participation of the users , variability , perishability , inseparability and intangibility.
