Frameworks of organizational behavior:
A general model of organizational behavior can be progressive on the basis of three hypothetical frameworks. They are the intellectual, behavioristic and social learning frameworks. The cognitive approach gives more praise to people than the other methods and is based on the expectancy, demand and incentive notions.
