Dendrite: It detect information and conducts the messages towards the cell body. 

Cell body: It contains nucleus, mitochondria, and other cell organelles. It maintains the growth of the cell. 

Axon: It conducts messages away from the cell body and pass to the next neuron.

The electrical impulse is is sended through dendrites then it goes to the cyton then it moves to axon and then nerve endings there is a minute gap between nerve endings and dendrites called synapse the electrical impulse is then converted in lto chemical impulse for fast movement.
