Pancreas jas the following 3 cells

alpha islets of Langerhans beta cells of Langerhans and delta cells of Langerhans

Alpha cells = it secretes glucagon thats a hyperglycemic hormone isme it increases the amount of gulucose in blood

Similarly B cells secrete Insulin which is antagonistic to glucagon by acting on hepatocytes

delta cell secrete some amount of somatostatin that prevents body growth though its amount isn't large enough to cause ant significant chang as its secreted in cert little amount by delta cells
