here is yr ans

when the blood enters the kidney.

the kidney has millions of nephron on it

when the blood enters the nephron it first meets the bowmans capsule which contains the glomerulus.glomerulus is a net of capillaries which fertile the blood and hence the clean blood flows back and the waste blood gets out of them hence the blood flow in pct and dct where they collects minerals. and then it flows into the collecting tube where it gets the water and then flows through ureters and then starts collecting in the urinary bladder and when the urinary bladder starts stretching we have a sensation and then the urinary passes through urethra

Urine formation. ... Its chief function is to regulate the concentration of water and soluble substances like sodium by filtering the blood, reabsorbing what is needed and excreting the rest as urine. In the first part of the nephron, Bowman's capsule filters blood from the circulatory system into the tubules.
