According to the Indian Constitution, there are six basic Fundamental Rights of Indian Citizens, which are right to equality, right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights, right to freedom, right to constitutional remedies and right against exploitation.

Fundamentals rights :- fundamentals Rights, protect citizens against the arbitrary and absolute exercise of power by the state. The constitution, this guarantee the rights of individuals against the state as well as against other individuals.

Fundamentals Rights are :-

⚛️ Right to equality :- All people are equal before the law this means that all people shall be equally protected by the laws of the country. it also state that no can be discriminated against on the basis of there religion, caste and gender. Every places includes playground, hotels shops etc.

⚛️Right to freedom :- This includes the right to freedom of speech and expression, the right to form association, the right to move freely and resides in any part of the country and the right to practice any profession, occupation or business.

⚛️ Right against exploitation :- The Constitution prohibits trafficking, forced labour and children working under 14 years of age.

⚛️Right to freedom of religion :- Religion freedom is provided to all citizen. Every person has the right to practise, peofess and propagate the religion of Thier choice.

⚛️ Cultural and educational Rights :- The constitution states that all minorities, religion or linguistic, can set up Thier own educational institutions in order to preserve and develop Thier own culture.

⚛️ Right to Constitutional remedies :- This allows citizens to move the court if they believe that any of their Fundamental Rights have been violated by the state.
