Communal politics is a politics based on religious for attaining short term selfish goals.
1. separate political parties are established on the basis of communities.
2. Parties based on a particular region or community make use of scared symbols and religious leaders make an appeal to the voters .
3. Voting is done based on community.
4. Because of communal politics , India suffered economically and emotionally due to increased hatered for country from citizens.
5, Because of this ,many riots and violence will occur frequently  in country for example .Gujrat Riots in 2002.
6. Communal poltics is also used to form seperate state based on religion, For example Telangana state formation .
