hey!!
here is ur answer!!
image formed by :--
1. CONVEX LENS :
the image can be real as well as virtual.
the image can be magnified of same size as well as diminished.
the image can be inverted as well as erect.
2. CONCAVE LENS....
the image is always virtual for all the positions of objects.
the image is always diminished.
the image is always erect.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
IN CONVEX LENS(reasons of image formations) ...
Image will be real if the object lies beyond the focus while it is virtual if the object lies before the focus
the image can be magnified if the object lies before 2F the image can be of same size if the object is at 2F diminished diminished if the object is beyond 2F
the image can be inverted if the object is beyond focus the image can be erect if the object is before the focus.
Hope this helps u!!
