Poor diet has an adverse effect on growing children.As growing children need a proper diet for their best,better,healthy development.Poor diet can result in unhealthy child and can cause many diseases in a child.That is why balanced diet should be provided to growing children.

LONG TERM:

  • In the long term, the person may suffer from osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.
