right to equality states that all citizens will be equally protected by the law of the country.the state shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds of religion , race , caste or place of birth.the state also cannot discriminate against anyone in the matter of employment

RIGHT TO EQUALITY MEANS equality before law .Judgement is not on the basis of caste ,gender etc
