To stay fit we take balanced diet.
Unwanted or unnecessary amount of any nutrient is not good for body.
As we know too much fat (carbohydrates) can cause obesity.

nutrition is important. eating is a balance diet is vitual for health and well-being. food provide our body energy , protein , essential fats , vitamins and minerals to grow and function properly . we need a wide variety of different food to provide the nutrition for good health.
