In a competition we have to prepared for giving our best.

In such a condition we have to strong in our stamina .


If we run too much , or perform heavy exercise , the fluid from our body gets eventually lost.

Thus we need to take fluid regularly so that we are not lagging behind in terms of fitness.

This will encourage and increase our confidence in the competition.


Fluid intake makes the body relaxed and gives a soothing feeling to the muscles.

This also helps in increasing focus in concentration alongside fitness.


So mentally as well as physically fluid intake helps us !
