We are human being we are socail animal. Unlike other animal we communicate with each other using our voices it's really important to have a good communication with other to explain yourself.
We could say a same sentence in different possible ways and each one of them would sound different.

If we don't have good communication skills people may misinterpret us and this would give rise to unfavourable situation. In jobs interview or in public places it's really important how well you are and how well you represent yourself first impression is the last one

Effective communication is important for the development of an organization. It is something which helps the managers to perform the basic functions of management- Planning, Organizing, Motivating and Controlling. Communication skills whether written or oral form the basis of any business activity.
