The local self government is helpful in following ways
Myriads of people can participate in the making of grave decisions which at the large level is not possible at all because of lack of people's representation
It enhances the decosign making skill by offering a large number of people who know what's best for them so in the long run those who are ruled have a proper right to enquire if to the problems which affect them and of course for which they are really worried
The common people really have a skill to showcase their adversities and they know what is required to deal with the hiccup whether minor or major
