organising in brief means a process in which the human efforts and resources are managed and used for acheiving the organisational goals.
in the present business or any kind of business organising is an integral part, it helps a firm in many ways like expansion of the firm , establishing relationship in working of the employees , and most importantly SPECIALISATION , nower days experts are present in every field and to get a better performance many organisations hire these experts, now if there would be no organising this specialisation couldn,t be possible. through organising work is divided among individuals who could do that work thus specialisation is practiced
