Water is very essential for every human being. In human body there are about 75% of water.

Water in human body performs the following functions:

i) Water helps in digestion of food that we eat. Without water our food would not be digest able at all.

ii) Water helps the inner organ of the body to be hydrated and moisturized always.

iii) Water helps to remove wasted particles from our body as it helps to urine is produced by the supply of water only.
