There are two important issues regarding the circuital law that require closer sruitiny. first there is an issue regarding the continuity of the equation for electrical charge. In vector calculus the identity to the divergence of curl states that vector fields curl divergence must always be zero. Hence,
delta. (delta X B) = 0
and so the original ampere circuital law implies that,
delat.J = 0
