The interaction between physical and biological environment. The physical environment consists of all the abiotic elements of nature, that is, all the non living elements of nature, such as land, water and air. Physical environment derives most of its energy from the Sun.

The physical and biological environment are interdepent on each other. It is a mutual relation between them . If the physical components of the environment are harmed than the biological aspects will also get affected. For ex- human depend on water for their livelihood . Here water is a physical component and human is a biological component.

Hope this helps!
