In terms of force of attraction,
When we take an ice cube we notice that it is solid that means it has a strong force of attraction. When we supply heat we see that the cube starts melting and converts into liquid. Here we can refee that the force of attraction is weaker than that of solids. Then we supply heat again and see that water converts into vapors that means they are now in gaseous state and have very less force of attraction.
In terms of kinetic energy,
When we take an ice cube we notice that it is solid that means its molecules are closely packed and hence can't move so much, this means they have less kinetic energy. Then we supply heat to it and we see that it converts into liquid state and hence molecules got more space to move, so their kinetic energy is more than that of solids. Then we supply heat again and see that it converts into gaseous state, that means they get more space and hence can move freely. That means they have a higher kinetic energy.

Yo, Buddy!
You got your answer right there!
:-)
Answer:
In solid the force of attraction is maximum and very less kinetic energy.
in liquid the attraction is minimum thus the kinetic energy is less
and in gas the attraction is almost negligible and thus kinetic energy is is the greatest.
Hope it was useful...
Because I used language that's easy-to-understand...
