Judges asked the government of India to change its initial order, is the right answer.

Some persons and organizations rejected the order of the government of implementing reservation and registered a number of cases in the tribunals. They urged the court to declare this order as invalid and stop its implementation. Therefore, the supreme court of India grouped together all these cases. This case is identified as "Indira Sawhney and others Vs Union of India case". The eleven Supreme Court judges listened to the contentions of both sides.

Therefore, in the year 1992, those Judges declared this order incurable with a majority and asked the Government of India to change its initial order. It asserted that the well-off families among the under-privileged groups should not be included in the benefits of reservation. There came an end to this dispute and this policy has been followed since then.
