The jurisdiction of Consumer Courts in our country for the protection of consumers:

In order to protect the consumers from an undue agreement on international jurisdiction, Article 27(6) recognizes a consumers agreement on international jurisdiction only if such agreement is joined into after the quarrel has arisen, or in cases where such agreement has been entered into before the dispute arises, if it allows the consumer to bring an action in another court in addition to the courts having jurisdiction under Article 27.
