Explanation:

Abrasion is a process of erosion which occurs when material being transported was away at a surface over time.

Abrasion generally occurs 4 ways. glaciation slowly grinds rocks paid up by ice against rock surfaces. solid objects transported in river channels make abrasive surface contact with the bed and Wells..

Answer:

The abrasion has defined as a process of erosion in which the materials (particles or sediments) scratches the surface of the rocks during the time of transportation from one place to another. It also results when the particles that are carried by the ocean waves break along the coastlines. This abrasion is caused by the particles that are moved by the agents such as wind, water, and ice.

Some of the types of landforms that are commonly formed by the abrasion process are sand dunes, ripple marks,  ventifacts, pedestal rocks, rock cliffs, wave-cut platforms, caves, and stacks.
