The Einstein photoelectric effect tells the light as a particle whereas the wave theory describe it as a wave

Both the theories are different acc. to it's own perspective..

1) The no. of photoelectrons in light is directly proportional to the intensity

whereas in case of wave theory, intensity is not a great factor.

2) kinetic energy is independent of intensity in case of Einstein's photoelectric equation.. wheras in the other case particle nature is never ever mentioned in this theory..
