Explain the lines “Now she’s has been dead nearly as many years As that girl lived. And of this circumstance There is nothing to say at all, Its silence silences.”

here is your answer:
mother is dead for a time equal to the life of the girl and in that circumstance which refers to thr incident of poetess mother's death there is nothing to say. the silence of death seems to make everything silent now and poetess becomes helpless.
