For a 2-input OR gate, the truth table has 22 or 4 rows. A 3-input OR gate has 23 i.e. 8 rows and so on. An OR gate can have as many inputs as desired, add one diode for each additional input. Six diodes result in a 6-input OR gate, twelve diodes in a 12-input OR gate.
