•Elections are not conducted freely and fairly.

•All the people don't have the right to vote Non-Democratic government don't rules within the limits set by constitutional law and citizens rights.

• The elections don't offer any serious choice between political alternatives.

•It don't respect basic rights of citizens and guarantees to the minorities.

•for example in China the elections don't offer the people any choice between political alternatives. they have to choose the ruling party or the candidates approved by it.
