Answer:
Right to Freedom has been mentioned in “Article 19 to 22” of the Indian Constitution. ‘Article 19’ is most important in this regard.
Article 19 of the original Constitution was granted to the citizens by 7 independents and the sixth freedom was "freedom of property".
By the “44th constitutional amendment”, along with the fundamental rights of the property, "freedom of property" has also been abolished and now the citizens receive 6 independents: -
- Freedom of thought and expression
- Freedom of arms and peaceful assembly
- Freedom of community and union building
- Freedom of tour
- Freedom of residence
- Business independence
