The Constitution defines the cultural and educational rights of the minorities. The following are the provisions of cultural and educational rights:

1. Any section of Indian society with a different language or religion have the power to maintain it.

2. Any school that comes under the management of the government or receive government aids cannot deny admission to any student on the basis of his religion, caste or language.

3. The minorities in India has the right to set up and manage educational institutions of their choice.
