let us start from the zero level that at the first stage when the rich people who are the pillars of the economy of the nation . we middle-class people help them to save their money by helping them or by giving them ideas for saving their taxes and to impress them and get a wonderful amount by which we make our loved ones happy and by this we make rich more richer. after if the government takes any initiative towards the welfare of the poor people then the rich people don't give that much which was planned for the people and by this way poor people don't get the benifit they remain still in that pitty situation.
