Answer:

32^{ \frac{4}{5} }  +   {32}^{ \frac{ - 4}{5} }  \\  ({2}^{5} ) ^{ \frac{4}{5} }  + ({2}^{5} ) ^{ \frac{ - 4}{5} }

we according to the identity

( {a}^{m} )^{n}  =  {a}^{m \times n}

 {2}^{5 \times  \frac{4}{5} }  +  {2}^{5 \times   \frac{ - 4}{5} }  \\   {2}^{4}  +  {2}^{ - 4}

we know

 {a}^{ - n}  =  \frac{1}{ {a}^{n} }

also,2⁴=16

that is

16 +  \frac{1}{ {2}^{4} }  \\ 16 +  \frac{1}{16}  \\  \frac{256 + 1}{16}  \\  \frac{257}{16}  \\ 16 \frac{1}{16}

therefore the correct answer is Option B) 16 ¹/16
