A genetic disorder can be defined as disease which is happened due to a change and mutations in DNA sequence in an individual. The mutation is caused due to the error in the DNA sequence of any individual or any other external factors like smoking, radiation which causes changes in the DNA sequence.

There are different diseases which may cause due to the genetic disorders like sickle cell anemia, cystic fibrosis, Huntington's disease, Albinism, alpha- and beta-thalassemias, etc.
