These reforms if approved by the majority will become an act and thus help to strengthen the constitution of the country. As circumstances change, laws need to be amended or new laws due to be brought in order to ensure the betterment of the people. So, by continuous oversight and input from the people, we need to ensure better participation of the citizens in electoral practices, reduce corruption and strengthen democracy in India.
