explain the meaning of the statement potential difference between two points is 5 volt

answer... . that there is 5 volt of potential difference between two points when 1 or 5 ampere of curtent is flowing and the resistance of conductor is 5 or 1 ohm in the wire.

V=IR
5=1 ×5 V
or
V=IR
5 =5×1 V
